Open Letter To BBC Director General Matt Brittin

PRE-VERDICT GOVERNANCE RECORD AND THE FOUR-STAGE APPEAL TIMELINE

17th September 2026

Director General Matt Brittin,

Let this section serve as a formal, time-stamped pre-verdict record filed directly with your executive office on the eve of the appeal decision regarding my three brothers in Christ. They were corruptly pushed into the criminal justice system because they politely knocked on a door to demand journalistic accountability from Catrin Nye following her team’s 3.5-year campaign of calculated life destruction against our lives and research.

Let the institutional record reflect our position before the court delivers its judgment: the objective data and physical facts have completely vindicated our stance, and the court case has gone exceptionally well for us. However, given the systemic corruption and the weaponised two-tier system we have witnessed operating from the very top to the absolute bottom of the establishment, I will be almost 100% surprised if their convictions are overturned and they are found innocent tomorrow. We are fully aware of the corporate and judicial coordination that occurs behind closed doors to protect institutional immunity.

Be under no illusion: whatever the outcome of tomorrow’s ruling, it changes absolutely nothing regarding the immense institutional wrongdoing of the BBC or the personal liability of your staff. Furthermore, tomorrow’s decision marks only the second stage of a four-stage appeal process. If the court delivers a corrupt ruling to shield your broadcaster’s lifecycle of lies, we are fully prepared to advance immediately to the third stage, the fourth stage, and escalate this entire case directly to the European Court of Human Rights. The BBC will not win this. A compromised verdict will not validate your team’s faked reporting; it will merely serve as empirical proof of an establishment cover-up and accelerate our anti-life-destruction campaign in the international public square.

COURT VERDICT UPDATE: 18th September 2026

Decision: Appeal is Dismissed

The decision to uphold the guilty verdict is a significant statement against the work of citizens seeking to peacefully solve the life destruction problems caused by the Establishment. Ultimately Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and The Life, so we come to our Lord in prayer and recognise the pursuit of truth will always be opposed in a fallen world. We will seek to escalate our appeal to the next level as well as increase our efforts to help other Christians and citizens who find Establishment systems weaponised against them.

I have written an open letter to Catrin Nye, one that shows her, and the world, the reality of her life-destruction work that has been fully backed and endorsed by the BBC.

Sincerely,

Paul S. Waugh

One of the most critical points is that today’s ruling changes nothing in regards to the immense institutional wrongdoing of the BBC or the personal liability of BBC staff, starting with Catrin Nye. This ruling is part of a process that we have every intention of pursuing.

Powerful Letter. Letting Mr Brittin know that, no matter what, you will not stop. The records needs and will be corrected. If not today, it will happen down the line. The BBC’s life-destructive MO needs to be shown for what it is, and this is exactly what you are doing. Thank you for sharing this Paul…

The problem caused by the production and promotion of A Very British Cult has now been inherited by Matt Brittin from Tim Davie. It’s similar to how Duncan Beach inherited the problem at the Insolvency Service left to him by Dean Beale.

The truth will be vindicated, as it always is, and we’re working hard to shorten that process whilst revealing God’s glory in the process.

It is essential that you know the truth of the culture of the organisation you are no leading Mr Brittin.

The fact that a program can be made, edited and broadcast with so many errors, falsehoods and lies within it, all for propaganda and career advancement purposes must stop.

Please heed this letter to you and make the changes needed.

Independent of the court case outcome, the truth continues to be the truth. The lies and falsehoods of BBC journalist Catrin Nye in ‘A Very British Cult’ will be exposed, and it’s great that our brothers Kris, Jatinder and Sukh are now able, after the verdict, to share their experiences and the reality of what happened. God bless.

Very predictive, as the appeal was rejected. Listening to the verdict being read out, I heard minimisation, omission, and a lot of basing things on how someone feels, or how someone presents how they feel.
There’s no reading between the lines, looking at the so-called victim’s character. No justice, as the establishment controls the justice system.
Nevertheless, regardless of the outcome, the point made here is that diabolical issues still remain unresolved. The BBC has abused Lighthouse with these programmes, and that still needs to be made right.

This is a powerful letter, and one that takes precedence over much of what Matt Brittin is having to deal with at the moment. These are such crucial insights and lessons about the state of man and the corrupt system that has governed us over millennia. I pray that both he and Catrin Nye take heed of these lessons and act upon them, beginning with repentance in Christ. Thank you, Paul, and God bless. x x

Mr Brittin is in the least enviable position – to lead the BBC out of the mess of corruption and scandal they have created for themselves. I do not hold out much hope of his success in doing that, yet I pray that he takes this letter very seriously to at the very least open up the negotiations for how this situation can be rectified, something his predecessor never did.
